Yes! I have managed to use this tool. Mobaphoto which was obtained from Wendy has worked very well and I was amazed at how simple this resizing tool was.
Strengths: Easy to use.
When photos are reduced they load easier and faster when opening up a page.
Weaknesses: Need a full version/copy of the program for this to work.
Once the photo has been reduced in size then the quality of the original photo is lost forever.
If needing to keep an image with higher resolution - a copy of the original photo must be kept.
Opportunities: Can be used on any type of site where one wants a photo or other image posted.
