Come for a Chat
You are invited to come and have a virtual cup of tea, a bottle of champagne, or a nice cosy, rich, smooth, hot chocolate, with me, in this snug little nook. If the table does not suit you, I have the most beautiful, intimate, friendly, and warm, lounge area on the other side of the room where you can relax, unwind, and chat in dulcet tones, and leave the troubles of the world behind. Yes "we are doing it tough at Uni", and this is a place you can come and be yourself, and be treated like you are the most important person on the planet, (which you are - no-one realises it yet). You may eat and drink anything to order, everything is made fresh to your specific taste, and you will be looked after so that you feel safe, and secure, in this place. The company will be relaxed and entertaining, and you will feel energised, happy, and will laugh many times, because you are having the most wonderful time. I look forward to your visit. Bye from Gema.

Mind Map - Assess 2
My mind map when thinking about completing Assessment 2. As I think about each e-tool I would normally update the map and continue to update this mind map to help my crystallise my thinking. Why would I use a mapping tool with students? This type of tool helps students in the design process whilst they are thinking of new ideas or ways to approach a problem. Without the use of ICT they would be drawing the branches directly onto paper and would not have the ability to update or change their original ideas. By using an ICT mapping tool, they are able to easily change the information and they are also able to use such a tool to collaboratively add to the thought processes taking place.
